2019-2020 Boat Club Membership Forms

Renewal and new memberships for the Lakewood Civic Association (LCA) Boat Club are accepted beginning at 6PM before the LCA annual meeting on May 14, 2019.
New keys will be issued and after the LCA meeting the lock at the launch gate will be changed.
The membership forms are available via the link below. Filling out the information in advance and bringing the form with you should speed up the process for you.
